Our standard delivery timeline:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Regions: 4–7 business days

You’ll receive an email & WhatsApp update once your order is shipped, along with a tracking link for real-time updates.

📦 Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹300 across India.

For orders below ₹300, a small shipping fee of ₹49 applies.

We work with trusted courier partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, and XpressBees to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

🌍 Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver Pan India, reaching even smaller towns and Tier-3 cities through our reliable logistics partners.
If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will contact you to find an alternative option.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll automatically receive a tracking link via email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
You can use this link to track your shipment’s journey right to your doorstep.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery for all serviceable pin codes.
A small ₹99 handling fee applies for COD orders to cover courier processing costs.
You can save this by choosing secure online payment via Razorpay.

⚠️ Delays & Exceptions

We do our best to ensure timely delivery. However, please allow extra time in cases such as:

  • Public holidays, strikes, or weather disruptions
  • Remote area deliveries
  • Courier network delays

If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please reach out to us — we’ll track it immediately and keep you updated.
