Return & Replacement Policy

Every product at Praptii Kids is chosen with care and passes strict quality checks before dispatch.
If you ever receive a defective product or the wrong size, don’t worry — we’ll make it right.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • For hygiene reasons, products in the 0–6 months age group (like nappies, padded underwear, wipes, etc.) cannot be returned or replaced.
  • Please check our Size Chart before ordering or confirm your baby’s size with our chat support — we’re happy to help you find the perfect fit.

📩 How to Raise a Return or Replacement Request

If you need to return or replace an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via:

Kindly include:

  • Your Order Number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo of the item

(Requests after 48 hours may not be accepted. Please retain original tags & invoice for processing.)


🚚 Reverse Pick-Up Process

  • We offer reverse pick-up for most pin codes.
  • Return shipments reach us within 7–10 business days.
  • Pick-up will be attempted twice; if unsuccessful, you may arrange return shipping.
  • Reverse shipping charges (₹150–₹200) apply if an incorrect size/product was selected by the customer.

🔍 Return Resolution

Once we receive your returned product, our Quality Check team reviews it within 1–2 business days.

If found defective or wrong:

  • We’ll offer a replacement or exchange.
    (Refunds are not applicable for customer mishandling or wash damage.)

If you received the wrong product:

  • We’ll promptly dispatch the correct one to you.

🔁 Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is allowed once per order.
  • The new product will be shipped only after the returned item passes QC.
  • Replacement product value must be equal or higher than the returned one (any difference is payable).
  • Forward & reverse shipping charges apply for all replacements.

💳 Credit Note Option

If you’d like to decide later, we’ll issue a credit note once your returned item passes QC.

  • You’ll receive a coupon code equal to your product value.
  • Valid for 6 months, redeemable only on our website.

📦 Return Conditions

To qualify for return or replacement:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Tags and invoice must be intact.

🛍️ Sale Items

Products bought during flash sales or clearance offers are not eligible for return or replacement.


❌ Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
  • Once processed or shipped, cancellation isn’t possible.
