Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated within 1–2 business days after the item clears Quality Check.
Funds are credited to your original payment method.

For Prepaid Orders:

  • Not shipped: Full refund.
  • Cancelled after shipping: Refund = Order Value – Shipping Charges (min ₹125 or more).

For COD Orders:

  • We’ll contact you for bank/UPI details.
  • Refund = Product Value – (Forward + Reverse Shipping).

COD fees are non-refundable.

  • May take 2–10 business days to reflect.
